Customer Service Specialist
We are looking for a very experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our client's team in their Addison office!!
Our client is a highly regarded Real Estate company that specializes in property auctions. They would love to hire someone who has an interest in learning more about Real Estate.
- Answer phones (high-volume)
- Educate callers on auctions
- Walk callers through company website
- Transfer calls when necessary
- Serve as a primary point of contact for callers
Skills needed:
- Bilingual is a plus!
- Previous experience in customer service managing a high volume of calls
- High level customer support skills required
This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right applicant.
Hours: M-F, 8:30-5:30
