About the job:
Identifies and processes merchandise to list on-line. Packages and ships merchandise daily as sold. Responds to customer's emails in a professional manner. Employee will be required to be physically in the store during working hours.
Responsibilities:
1. Writing posts and capability to take pictures of all items that will be posted for sale.
2. Ability to multi-task in order to maintain on-line listings in line with what is coming in and going out of the store on a daily basis.
3. Checking all current emails and responding as necessary to all corresponding sites in a professional manner.
4. Handling and packing items carefully prior to shipping.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma
2. Background check/drug testing
3. Reliable transportation
4. Fluent in English and Spanish
5, Excellent customer service skills
6. Ability to research items via the internet
7. This position requires employee to be physically present at our store during working ours.
