POSITION SUMMARY
This position is a hybrid of an Inbound/Outbound Queue Associate and Care Management Associate position where you'll be based a on queue phone that incorporates a multi-functional mix of tasks that are both on the queue and off the queue work. This position will be receiving inbound calls, and also making outbound calls to providers and members.
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:
2-4 years experience in Customer Service - required 1-3 years experience in a Medical Setting - preferred
SCHEDULE
Please note that the hours of this role will be Monday - Friday, 12:30P - 9P
EDUCATION
The level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Customer Service/Associate Customer Service Specialist is desired

Office setting on a Phone queue, must love phone customer service and have a clear upbeat phone presentation. Candidate must have good computer skills and able to work until 7pm and cover Sat. shifts.
