We have a part-time opening for a Shift Manager Apex Location.

Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.

  • Be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must have reliable transportation.

 

Requirements

Supervises all daily operations of the store, including but not limited to: Taking of Guest orders via phone, in-person, and internet Correct preparation of Marco’s products Delivery of Marco’s products to Guests Cleaning and operation of store equipment Cleaning and maintenance of all areas of the store Incoming delivery of inventory and supplies Effectively implements, maintains, and corrects (if necessary) processes and procedures for the following, in accordance with the Marco’s Manuals and all other Marco’s policies: 5-Star Guest Experience and Service Standard Local Store Marketing program Blood-borne pathogen and all other safety procedures Food safety practices that comply with federal, state, and local regulations Inventory control measures Cost control practices that contribute to sustainable EBITDA improvement Cash control procedures Store cleaning procedures Marco’s 10 Operating Systems Establishes and strives to meet the store’s weekly sales goals and service times.Reviews store Profit & Loss Statements regularly and uses the data to implement effective EBITDA growth measures. Teaches, coaches, and mentors store employees in all Marco’s procedures and meeting the Guest Service Standards.Consistently demonstrates exceptional leadership, shows initiative, and gives full efforts toward the success of the store.Effectively relates to Guests and other crew members in a courteous, cooperative, tactful, and respectful manner (both verbally and in writing).
