Description:
This position will lead the development of the Stacy's, Stax, Cracker Jack, Frito Lay Canisters, Spitz and New Warehouse Sales businesses in the Mountain region covering TX, AZ, UT, CO, NM. The Business Development Manager can be based in Texas or a Mountain region state (AZ, CO, UT, etc.)
Achieve Warehouse Net Sales Plan (Key)
Grow Dollar Share (Key)
Develop and lead the National Retail Execution infrastructure within the broker partner network (Key)
Trade Spend To Plan
Execute Share/Distribution/SKU KPI's
Grow weekly velocity U/S/W
Increase the average number of SKU's stocked per store.
Increase ACV distribution %
Increase Display Inventory, Fixture Placements and Expand SKU Distribution.
Collaborate with DSD partners on sales strategy and planning.
Build and maintain a selling infrastructure within the broker partner network
Establish and manage relationships at all levels from Region VP to Retail Unit Manager
Track performance of broker partners against objectives
Conduct quarterly 1 up performance reviews
Increase customer intimacy through insights, analytics and breakthrough solutions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
5-7 years work experience - managing Key Accounts is a required
Warehouse and DSD go-to-market experience preferred (Large Format / Regional Grocery preferred)
Deciding and Initiating action - Self Starter with a high Drive for Results
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
Strong interpersonal skills: ability to influence people internally and externally at all levels in the organization
Strong Leadership Skills: ability to direct activities of Broker Team members towards goals
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Must be able to quickly assess the needs of the business, develop an action plan and manage the required change
Advanced usage of Power Point & Excel is a plus
Must be authorized to work in the United States
