Automation Personnel is seeking a PLC Maintenance Technician in the Soddy Daisy TN area. Applicant must be knowledgeable in many areas of industrial maintenance with an emphasis on troubleshooting and problem-solving of industrial equipment and automation problems along with multi craft experience. Applicant must have strong background working with PLCs, 3 phase motors and drives and assemblies. Duties include: troubleshooting and repair of automated equipment, assisting operators with machine setup and adjustments, perform preventive maintenance, perform minor welding and fabrication jobs, periodic machine relocation and installation jobs. Minimum 5 years experience in an industrial manufacturing environment and high school diploma or GED required. Prefer a 2 year degree. Electrician license is a plus. Must be able to work 2nd & 3rd shift. Pay is 19.00 hour for 90 days.
