Baker

Responsibilities and Duties:

The Baker must take excellent care of our guests, by providing them with fresh baked products that will tempt the taste buds. This is a unique position that incorporates guest interaction and creating some of they best sweet treats the company has to offer. The Baker makes fresh Fuddruckers products such as milk shakes, ice cream treats, cookies, etc. It’s a huge part of why our guests keep coming back to us.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months prior restaurant experience, baking experience preferred.
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Must be able to communicate effectively both orally in and writing
• Ability to perform simple mathematics
• Must maintain a positive and upbeat attitude
• Professional appearance required (see uniform standards)
• Ability to multitask
• Must be a team player and problem solver
• Activities include, but are not limited to, walking, standing for long periods of time, reaching, stooping, carrying, talking, and sitting
• Duties involve the coordination of manual and visual dexterity
