We have Quality Inspector & Inspector Assembler positions open immediately. These positions help manufacture lifesaving medical device products. These are rewarding positions that will help improve the lives of others.

JOB OPENINGS:

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Shifts: 12 hour Day & Night shifts

Compensation: Up to $16.00 per hour / based on experience.

• Perform visual inspection for variety of defects such as splay, contamination, gross flash, non-fills, short shots, color variation, voids and grease/oil.


• Apply established inspection procedures and uses inspection tools and instruments to ensure compliance with specifications.


• Conducts, documents, and reports on process audits of assembly/molding processes.


• Maintain files for batch history records (BHR) and/or device history records (DHR) reviewing for completeness and accuracy.

Job Title: Inspector Assembler

Shifts: 12 hour Day & Night shifts

Compensation: Up to $13/hr based on experience.

• Load and replenish machine


• Visual inspection or parts and products


• Monitor hoppers and feeders and remedy product jams


• Communicate with supervisor when product does not meet requirements
