Where You Could Be Working:

FINE DINING LOCATIONS:

Zach’s Cabin

Perched on the mountainside high above Bachelor Gulch, it is hard to compare Zach’s to any other restaurant. The cuisine is American with a distinctly Pacific flavor. Executive Chef Kirk Weems is a Colorado native and, not surprisingly, he favors fresh Colorado produce. The setting is deliciously elegant, a fairy-tale ending to a starlit sleigh ride.

Beano’s Cabin

Amazing cuisine, a well chosen wine list, impeccable service, live musical entertainment and unique transportation options to the restaurant have made Beano’s Cabin a favorite destination for years!

In every way, Beano’s Cabin is one of Colorado’s top restaurants; and getting there is half the fun! Whether you’re visiting us in the winter or summer, you will be amazed by everything this destination restaurant has to offer

The award winning restaurant sits atop the slopes of Beaver Creek Resort within the White River National Forest. Nestled in a mountain meadow that was once a lettuce patch and home to the pioneer farmer and restaurant namesake Frank “Beano” Bienkowski, this luxurious log cabin truly elevates fine dining into a feast for the senses!

Allie’s Cabin

Offering spectacular Beaver Creek Valley views, Allie's Cabin is located in an aspen grove on Beaver Creek Mountain. The Cabin is named after Allie Townsend, known in the 19th century as the "First Lady" of Beaver Creek. She was the widow of George Townsend, the first settler of Beaver Creek.

Saddleridge

A delicious blend of flavors. The menu is pure contemporary, based on Colorado regional cuisine and featuring steaks, succulent seafood and signature wild game dishes.

The setting, a living museum of frontier artifacts such as Geronimo's tomahawk and General Custer's hat and canteen. SaddleRidge's spectacular international wine list was awarded the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence.

Toscanini

Toscanini is nestled at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain, next to the skating rink in the heart of the village. The alpine backdrop lends itself to la dolce vita, and the atmosphere is lively and informal. The cuisine is stylish and contemporary, the flavor authentically Italian.  Watch Chef Paul Wade prepare individual pizzas, house-made pastas, and fresh seafood in the open kitchen.  Enjoy a selection from our award winning, 100% Italian wine list.  Our newly expanded bar and lounge is the perfect stop for cocktails or dinner before heading down the escalators to the Vilar Center for the Arts. Toscanini is open daily at 3pm for apres, 5pm for dinner and late night.

For the past 16 years, Toscanini has been awarded the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for their 100% Italian wine list.

Talons

Talons Restaurant has replaced the former Red Tail Camp dining location; paying homage to the Austrian roots behind alpine skiing with rustic design elements reflecting the barns that were built by the original settlers of Beaver Creek.

In an effort to enhance the guest experience and dining atmosphere, the 500-seat facility and 6,700 square feet of deck space with smokehouse, has the finest guest amenities and a new European-inspired menu.

Mamie’s
