Marketing and PR Assistant

Location: Coral Gables

TRADE
  • Reinforce the efficiency of the deliverables following the market visits of the Sale Team
  • Starboard on-board animation
  • Help with training database, consolidate all the inquiries in one file to be able to track the No of sessions properly


PUBLIC RELATIONS
  • Over 25 events / animations in travel retails
  • Consolidate the PR expenses after each event and liaise with accounting. Consolidate the budget after the event and follow up all is in line
  • Social Media more and more time required to guide them properly in the news
  • Provide specific text/image for special editorial/website requests
  • Liaise with clipping agency to prepare special report after major product launch or event to check the ROI


MEDIA
  • Improve Media template follow up
  • Liaise with agency and implement the agreed plan with them
  • Packing for special delivery (training/additional display)
  • POS maintenance issue


Skills & Requirements:
  • Previous Experience working with PR, Marketing and Events.
  • Language: English, Spanish if possible Portuguese
  • Very good with Microsoft office (Excel/PowerPoint/Access if possible...)
  • Passionate by social media
  • Comfortable with number
  • Good communicator
  • Organized
  • Flexible
