Job Description

Schedules resources such as people, meetings, appointments, rooms and equipment and interacts with all levels of the company; arranges travel and prepares electronic expense reports, answers telephone calls, takes messages, responds to questions, and directs callers to appropriate parties, as necessary; sorts and distributes mail, fax, makes copies, files. Prepares presentations (PowerPoint), reports, spreadsheets and other documents. Maintains database information.

Assumes the role of the Matter Management (Miratech's eCounsel tool) e-Billing Invoice Coordinator for the Healthcare -- Legal Department. Oversees electronic invoices and enters manual invoices in eCounsel. Maintains the Error Manager and any errors in invoices by investigating errors and taking corrective actions. Assists vendors by providing remittance details and status of their invoices. Creates Vendor Requests as needed.
