We are excited for the opportunity to consider you for employment with us this summer season. 

Below are are the descriptions of the various positions you could be assigned to work this season:

Housekeeper - Cleaning of guest rooms and cottages in an assigned area according to training procedures. Cleaning bathrooms, changing and making beds, dusting furniture and fixtures in rooms. Emptying wastebaskets and replacing missing guestroom supplies. Responsible for the cleanliness of the lobby, lounge, public restrooms, restaurants, retail shops and offices as assigned. Flexibility and openess to performing various tasks, as assigned. Must be able to work outside in varying weather conditions throughout the summer.

The Laundry Attendant works in the laundry facility and carries out work assignments from the laundry manager, assistant manager and laundry supervisor. The Attendant is expect to complete linen and terry processing from the different areas of GTLC. Laundry workers fill specific job positions on a rotating basis, such as Dryer Operator, Shaker Sorter, Ironer, Feeder and Catcher, load, unload dryers, etc. Other duties as assigned.

The Entry Level Cook responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Opening, setting up, running and closing of the line or station assigned
• Preparing dishes to specification by the chef
• Assisting other line cooks and cook assistants, pantry assistants on a day to day basis for prep and other functions in the kitchen
• The safety and cleanliness of the kitchen

The Dishwasher’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Cleanliness of Dish Room , Pot Sinks, Machines, Main Kitchen, Garbage Disposal Areas, Walk ins, Coolers, Freezers and Kitchen Equipment, China, Flat Wear and Glassware, and Employee Kitchen Bathrooms
• NPS, Brand Standard and Internal Audits
• Assisting in banquet functions set up, service, execution and breakdown
• Cleanliness of Employee Dining Room
