About this job
Our client (located not too far from Penn Station) is currently in immediate need of an experienced Office Manager. This company provides installation services to commercial businesses. Any candidates with prior experience in this industry is a huge plus! +++
Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring office is running smoothly
- Supervising/managing 3 office associates
- Following up with customers on orders
- Negotiating proposals
- Obtaining insurance certificates
- Providing impeccable customer service
- Coordinating installation projects
- Other duties as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a related role
- Prior experience performing similar duties in the construction and/or contractor industry is a huge plus
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm (some days later)
Salary: $65,000 plus (contingent upon prior experience)
