Parts Room Attendant

PrideStaff is looking for a Parts Room Attendant with the following

Essential Job Functions:

1. Maintains Repair Shop trucks (service, tires, safety checks, etc.)
2. Unloading and loading on incoming and outgoing jobs
3. Writing up new jobs.
4. Writing up reports of motors 100 HP or more.
5. Billing out parts used on jobs.
6. Customer service.
7. Scheduling job tasks for Shop Delivery Driver when in shop.
8. Maintain job in Motor Base to reflect completed and ready for invoice jobs.
9. Working with Shop Team in other areas as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must possess strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and using the internet.
• Must have the ability to work quickly and accurately within time constraints and against deadlines.
• Must possess interpersonal skills, organizational skills, be a self-starter, detail oriented, and have ability to multitask and communicate (verbal and written).
• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company requirements.
• Ability to acquire a forklift certification.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Regular attendance is required.

Pay $14 - $16
