Cunat is a property management company located in McHenry, IL. We are looking for a customer service oriented person to join our team in the McHenry area.
In this position you work within a team to maintain the physical integrity of the property. This involves ensuring a safe and secure environment for tenants, residents, visitors and staff. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, snow removal in winter, and have the ability to troubleshoot. The hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM and an on-call rotation. Previous apartment maintenance experience is a plus.
