Part-Time Inbound Sales Representative

Automation Personnel Services is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative for a customer in Chattanooga TN. This company is a large wholesale distributor of guns, ammunition and hunting supplies, so familiarity and experience with these products is a plus! Candidate will be responsible for driving sales through up-selling as well as delivering exceptional customer service to our customers. Position is part time (20-25 hours per week) and temp to hire. Schedule for this position is flexible, but would need to be available between 12pm -9pm. Pay rate is $10. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions
Consistently meets or exceeds weekly and monthly sales goals
Identifies opportunities to up-sell to customers
Handles all incoming calls with courtesy and professionalism
Ability to multi-task and to solve customer problems, take orders and answer inquiries while completing other assigned tasks
Ability to learn order processing system regarding all aspects of order entry, order inquiry, customer, customer cross-reference, and any other functions necessary to perform daily tasks
Acquire product knowledge on all products
Understands shipping instructions and comprehends distribution processes
Responsible for handling and resolving customer inquiries accurately and timely

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must possess at least 2 yrs. Sales experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
