Job Summary: 

The Dishwasher is responsible for loading, unloading and operating dishwashing equipment. Hand washes fragile table service and cooking utensils as required. Ensures clean and organized storage environment; adheres to equipment operation safety and sanitation standards.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Clean all kitchen utensils and dishes as needed.
• Follow proper opening and closing checklists as outlined by department standards.
• Sweep and mop floors as required.
• Stock kitchen supplies as required.
• Follow all safety guidelines and assist with monitoring safety hazards.

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
• One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
