Industrial Painter

Express Employment Professionals of Littleton is seeking a Pain Line Team Lead for a plastics manufacturer in the metro Denver area! This exciting opportunity pays $17-18/hour, dependent upon experience and offers 1st shift hours, Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm. Additional overtime on Saturdays may be required.

Job Duties:

• Adjust pressures and paint flows at each spray station when applicable.
• Maintain specified temperature and titration in wash tank and cure ovens.
• Inspect painted parts for fish eyes, unpainted areas and any non-conforming defects on first and last work piece and performs periodic inspection of all painted parts per work orders. Complete paint test samples daily, MEK, mil thickness.
• Must perform the TPM duties on all paint equipment.
• Keep inventory accuracy for all work orders.
• Make required adjustments to correct flaws/non-conformances in coating.
• Clean all excess paint from paint booths, conveyor, painting equipment and shop floors.
• Manually hand sprays parts as needed.
• Required to order paint supplies and maintain inventories.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience running a Powder Coat Paint Line preferred.
• Knowledge of Powder Coat Process and related equipment required.
• Previous Leadership experience preferred
• High School Diploma
