Elizabethtown Ky, Company seeks Technician Maintenance II.
1st shift, Monday thru Friday, 7AM-4PM.
$10/hr.
Duties include:
Maintains a safe working environment in accordance with agency, state, and federal regulations.
Adheres to all HIPAA, state, federal, professional, and the organization s client and employee confidentiality regulations.
Troubleshoots electrical circuits and installs switches and receptacles, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, ceiling fans and makes other electrical repairs.
Measures, cuts, bends and installs electrical conduit.
Installs, repairs, and maintains sinks, faucets, showers, toilets and other plumbing fixtures, including trim.
Builds and repairs woodwork such as wall framing, floors, decks, ramps, tables, bins, shelves and cabinets.
Installs, repairs, and finishes drywall; prepares surfaces for painting; and paints walls, trim, and doors.
Installs and repairs doors, windows, gutters, and outside trim.
Installs/replaces tile, carpet and other floor coverings.
Cleans carpet and refinishes tile and wood floors.
Does landscaping, polices and repairs grounds, and clears sidewalks and driveways of snow and ice.
Troubleshoots and repairs household appliances such as vacuum cleaners, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and electric ranges.
Uses all chemicals in recommended quantities and wears required personal protective equipment in accordance with applicable MSDSs.
Requirements include:
Attends mandatory inservices and other training/educational programs as required.
Must have effective communication and writing skills.
High school graduate or equivalent preferred, will consider less education with four (4) years verifiable maintenance experience. Valid drivers license, with no record of substance abuse related driving violations in the past three (3) years.
