Home Instead Senior Care in Oakwood Village, Ohio is looking to hire a Part-time On Call/scheduler support person. This individual will assist in supporting our 24/7 business for our client's, their families and our CAREGivers.
The ideal candidate will work a flexible "after hours" schedule which includes a minimum of 2 days in the office during the week and alternative weekend days.
The ideal candidate must have excellent phone skills, compassion for Seniors and CAREGivers, as well as be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. Previous Scheduling and Customer Service experience is favorable.
