Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description:

• Inbound calls
• 80-85 calls per day
• Accurately communicate call and/or special project status to supervisor
• Work with each contact to establish rapport with and gain the confidence of the caller.
• Deliver excellent customer service and strive to exceed

Qualifications:

• 6+ months customer service in a retail, serving or call center environment.
• HS Diploma

Additional Info:

• 4 days of classroom training then start assigned shift
• Call center environment
• Business casual
