We have a full-time opening for a Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to work at least 1 shift per week.

HGS is currently hiring for Inbound Customer Service Representatives supporting a leading Window and Door Manufacturer!

Representatives troubleshoot customer issues, researching answers from a variety of tools and background knowledge, including actual products and product literature, internet, assist line, and computer databases. Utilize appropriate tools to diagnose issues with products, establish understanding of recommendations, interpret measurements, pay close attention to detail, and execute orders for both warranty and non-warranty orders. Hours of operation for the positions available include 7am – 5pm Monday thru Friday and Saturday 8am - 3pm. Job Requirements




  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Scheduling flexibility

  • Demonstrated customer service and troubleshooting skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Data entry skills

  • Positive work history

  • Strong PC skills including ability to navigate/use multiple screens

  • Basic to intermediate Math/Measurement skills
