About this job

 The Roberts Arena is looking for cabin attendants to join our team. Our newly built cabins are furnished with small kitchenettes, two floors, full bathrooms and hand  crafted Amish furnishings. The cabin attendants will prepare the cabins for new guests checking in and maintain the overall cleanliness upon guest departure. Primary responsibilities include:

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Stock guest cabins with appropriate paper products.
  • Ensure cleanliness of  cabin; replacing bedding(if applicable),floors, furnishings, kitchenette, bathroom, appliances, porch, window blinds and removal of  trash.
  • Removal of  trash from outside receptacles in cabin village and place in trash dumpster.
  • Report any maintenance issues (i.e, burnt out light bulbs, plumbing or electrical problems, broken items, or  non-working items) to the main office for repairs.
  • Other duties as assigned.  

 

 

Our compensation package includes an $9.00 per hour wage starting wage, dining and travel discounts, special offers from our business partners, and discount programs for selected cell phone providers. Full time associates are also eligible for medical, dental, Life, STD/LTD, vacation, PTO, and paid holidays.

Requirements

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, to include standing, lifting, climbing, reaching, bending, twisting, etc.
  • Guest engagement and communication skills.
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
