Brand Representative - Full-time

The Brand Representative is responsible for generating sales by providing the customer with an exceptional shopping experience. The Brand Representative maximizes sales by delivery efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable service and ensuring the store is neat, clean and well-presented at all times. The Brand Representative is expected to role model Motiff Shop values and Motiff Customer First behavior in all actions and interactions in order to create a positive Customer First experience.  Desired Skills & Experience:

Previous retail experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills specifically for customers, sale leadership team and associates. Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team. Able to stand and move long periods of time; reach, bend, stoop, etc. to handle products. Available to work flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. Proficient with technology.
