Real Estate Team Assistant - Full-time / Part-time

We are seeking a talented and creative individual to fill our Marketing Associate position. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for establishing, promoting and maintaining our team’s brand to generate business; be in charge of developing strategies and executing tactics that aid in growing & expanding our market share. Staying informed about marketing trends and monitoring industry changes to help maintain and give our team a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic design, production and distribution of digital & print materials. In line with the need to keep the brand in front of the target audience, the marketing associate manages the web presence, social media, and client & sphere interactions.

Key Requirements:

• Graphic Design Expert Level Skills
• Must be able to create and utilize Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (or InDesign) templates
• Must be a Microsoft Publisher Expert
• Microsoft Excel Experience and Knowledge
• eBlast & Mass Email Experience (creating templates in ConstantContact / MailChimp etc.)
• Must be able to analyze and report marketing performance weekly
• Strong Social Media Marketing Skills
