Maintenance Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Progressive Tier 1 Global Engineering Group is seeking qualified Maintenance Technicians to support increases in production. Please reply with updated resume for consideration. Very competitive pay, must be willing to work multiple shifts. Job Duties are as followed:

JOB DUTIES

1. Assists in troubleshooting and repair of production equipment that is electrical, mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic in nature.
   1. Troubleshoots and repairs motor controls. Replaces electric motor bearings and rewires motors.
   2. Wires electrical circuits.
   3. Repairs control relays and related equipment
   4. Troubleshoots and repairs input/output devices using Programmable Logic Control (PLC) systems.
   5. Fabricates and installs mechanical changes.
   6. Plumbs hydraulic/pneumatic circuits.
   7. Diagnoses and replaces faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment.
2. Supports the installation, troubleshooting and/or repair of fixtures, machines, or other resources related to the physical facility or its operations.
   1. Provides HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, or other skills to facility operations.
   2. Maintains and repairs facility support equipment, including lawn mowers, forklifts, and other equipment.
3. Assists in testing equipment to locate defects and measure performance. Determines the need for adjustments and verifies specified and proper operation.
   1. Performs scheduled preventative maintenance procedures on facility equipment.
   2. Calibrates and adjusts equipment according to specifications, as assigned.
4. May be assigned to operate a variety of equipment, including bobcat, forklift, and sand crusher.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

1. Knowledge of machine parts and their functions.
2. Knowledge of facilities maintenance and repair operations.
3. Knowledge of relay logic.
4. Knowledge of motor controls.
5. Knowledge of rigging and movement techniques.
6. Knowledge of safety procedures.
7. Ability to work in a team environment.
