About this job
An Account Specialist's primary duties include transfers, lead generation through cold and warm calling, and appointment setting.
* Heavy volume inbound and outbound phone duties, including contacting clients, transferring clients to other parties, and/or educating clients on products, goods, and services
* Use of internal, proprietary software, and technology
* Participation in regular training on products.
* Lead filtration
Requirements:
The ability to type 35 WPM.
Great verbal and written communication skills.
