Customer Service/Claims Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Pay: $14/hr

Location: Boca Raton, FL

***Monday-Friday 5pm-11:30pm***

32 hours per week

Interview: ASAP

Start Date: May 9th

Aerotek is working with a healthcare company in Boca Raton seeking customer service representatives with a background in healthcare related to billing, claims, or collections.

Job Duties Include:

-Contact insurance companies, employer and/or patients by phone, mail or fax to resolve claims

-Submit bills, with or without medical records, to insurance companies by mail or fax

-Submit initial prompt pay demand for payment on all new accounts

-Group accounts by payer and submit for claim status inquires via spreadsheet

- Place initial phone call on higher balance accounts to obtain status

-Request information needed from clients using Microsoft Word or information log in FACS

-Type professional notes in FACS system on all work done on each account using correct spelling and grammar, disposition and set the proper wait date
