Extruder Operator - Full-time / Part-time

World's premier provider of specialty polymer formulations, color and additive systems, plastic sheet and packaging solutions is seeking Three (3) Extruder Operators to join their team. The Extruder Operator's will support the production and manufacturing of products for various industries (Aerospace, Automotive, Consumer Products, etc). Qualified candidates will possess 2+ years of Extruder Machine Operating experience. One must have a great attitudes and work ethic!

This is a critical position for our client. The Extruder Operators, will set-up and operate manual Plastic Extruder Machines. Each Extruder Operator will have 1-2 Production Helpers that will assist them with the duties below.

* Clean machinery 10% * Ensure conformance to specifications. 5% * Measure length. 5% * Pile and Pack plastic sheets 20% * Pull flawed product off the line. 3% * Read and interpret gauges. 5% * Record data. 5% * Regrind plastic 7% * Remove product and machine attachments. 5% * Scrape waste material from machine. 5% * Start up and stop equipment. 5% * Sweep, mop, and remove debris. 5%

We are seeking individuals desiring long term career opportunities. Pay range for is $17-$19/hr and is negotiable based upon experience.
