AEROTEK Professional Services is searching for a Technical Recruiters to join a large Financial company in the North Dallas area.

Job Duties:

• Actively recruit high volume positions in various skills sets.
• Play a consultative role with hiring managers and be responsible for assisting in developing sophisticated sourcing and recruiting strategies for the line of business.
• Evaluate, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers for review.
• Demonstrate expert level understanding of various technical skill sets by participating in meetings
• Educate candidates on the growth potential, compensation and advantages of working with the company.
• Conduct appropriate compensation conversations with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure closure of offers.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of high volume recruiting experience.
• TALEO Experience
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting (Sourcing, Screening, Selection)
• Ability to work under a time sensitive, high stress environment
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task.
