Medical Device Assembler

A very reputable medical device company located in Redmond, WA looking for an assembler.

1st shift: 4:30AM-2:30PM $15.60/hr

2nd shift: 3:30PM-1:30AM $17.10/hr.

Job Responsibilities:

• Specialist in manufacturing that works well in a team environment and on their own.
• Experience in medical devices and/or other highly-regulated environment.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow manufacturing procedures.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and be responsible for manufacturing quality products efficiently, accurately, safely and on time.
• Document data/information accurately on travelers and other controlled documentation.
• Work in accordance to current ISO, FDA and company policy.
• Microscope and measurement equipment (e.g. calipers, micrometer) experience.
• Perform in-process and final inspection on product.
• Handle chemical solutions during processing.
• Provides assistance and guidance to other technicians.
• Provides training when necessary.
• Communicate with supervisor on product performance and functionality issues, including giving suggestions on updating documentation for improved quality and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
