Ability to work with executive level, this temp position is supporting an EVP the reports to the President. Heavy calendar management and schedule.

- Performs administrative support tasks that are secretarial/clerical in nature for Partners and Staff.
- May have had some supervisory level experience in an office environment.
- Able to do advanced level tasks in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, electronic databases, e-mail systems and the Internet.
- Can provide training to others in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced level understanding of phone/voicemail and office equipment y can train others on equipmentys use.
- Instructs others on setting up hard copy or electronic filing systems and maintenance of one or multiple calendars. - Coordinates most of the team members meetings with clients. Often sets up outside events that involve client participation.
- Instructs others on preparation of Time & Expense reports.
- Interacts comfortably with all levels of personnel and diverse client base. - Understands that one may have to use considerable judgment and discretion in completing work assignments.
