Primary Responsibilities:

Lead multiple end to end projects
Operations experience
Utilize data analytics to develop and present relevant information
Analyze and synthesize data and tell the story
Work with multiple stakeholders internally and externally
Strong communication and presentation skills are essential
Help shape and implement strategies
Lead and collaborate with internal and external partners and subject matter experts
Able to be comfortable dealing with change, curious, open to learning and testing new ideas, committed to execution and achieving goal

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
7+ years’ experience in managing cross functional end to end process projects / program governance
5+ years operations experience including program development, management, experience with external clients
Intermediate level of proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree
Expert knowledge of enterprise structure
Demonstrated experience in areas of in population health and healthcare research in healthcare setting
Demonstrated experience in the analysis of large data sets with the ability to synthesize in concise meaningful story and making presentations
Operations / project budget experience
Healthcare operations experience
Leads change initiatives and fosters change
Understanding of enterprise and business segment objectives
Ability to build trust relationships with customers
Ability to effectively communicate with senior management on strategic issues
