We are currently looking for Shift Leaders.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Supervise either the opening or closing shift and its work stations and employees during the day to day operation of Marco’s Pizza. The Shift Leader is responsible for ensuring high quality products and customer service is delivered. The Shift Leader is responsible for other operations duties including the execution of all company policies and procedures as they pertain to a shift.
Shift Leaders may open or close the store in the absence of a salaried or Assistant Manager. They are responsible for quality openings and/or closings and performing all administrative responsibilities required during the shift.
