We are hiring a Junior Revenue Analyst who will be responsible for providing analytical and tactical support for the Revenue Management and eChannels team to ensure effective revenue management services. In this exciting role, you will manage and execute a variety of specific revenue management related projects and processes to support targeted revenue growth for markets and properties. You will also act as support coverage to an assigned market.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Perform data analysis and strategic support for key assets and markets
  • Assist the local team through Revenue Management calls as needed
  • Maintain a database of information to assist in identifying trends for the purpose of improving market performance
  • Create ad-hoc reports as needed for property and market support
  • Assist assigned team with tactical revenue management duties
  • Create recap templates for assigned team on a rotating basis
  • Analyze data for patterns in order to project data needs and requirements
  • Track, trend and create actions to improve performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Utilize appropriate analytical tools to extract, compile and manipulate data

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred
  • 2+ year's hotel revenue management, reservations or operations experience
