America’s #1 Motorcycle Manufacture is looking for Entry Level Production Operators with a Strong Mechanical Aptitude for their KC Assembly Plant!
Please understand this opportunity is for a Contract Surge Program and will only last until the next Surge Cycle, January 2017. However, ONLY those who perform above and beyond, with a great attendance record, MAY be reviewed for a possible long-term position.
Job Title: Assembly and Production Operator_$15.00/hr.
Job Title: Production Welders_$17.50/hr.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1.
Flexible worker for Staff Augmentation in Kansas City
2.
Inspection and Assembly of product
3.
Understanding of ergonomics
4.
Understanding the requirements of the Company’s General Rules and Regulations
5.
Participate in safe work environment for fellow members
6.
Understanding of 5S
7.
All related duties as required
8.
Diligence and accuracy to work instruction parameters.
9.
Work assignments are performed in a safe and efficient manner.
10.
This is part of a SURGE (Contract) Program. ONLY those who perform above and beyond with great attendance may be reviewed for long term.
Job Requirements:
1.
Manufacturing Environment: Metatarsal Boots (provided by employer), Safety Glasses (provided by employer) and Appropriate Attire.
2.
Must be flexible in work schedule
3.
Must submit to a 7 year criminal background check.
4.
Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.
5.
Must have understanding that this is part of a contract SURGE program, and will not be able to guarantee permanent employment towards the end of assignment. ONLY those who perform above and beyond with great attendance may be reviewed for long term.
6.
Must be able to complete the required assembly and online mechanical test, along with a physical.
