Leasing and Marketing Associate

Great opportunity available with  awesome companies in the Birmingham areas!

$11- $13/hr depending on experience

Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm; May work some weekends (Only 6 hours Saturday, 4 Hours on Sunday) Hours will vary depending on company

      Requirements/Responsibilities: 

• Will handle outreach marketing for apartment community being re-vitalized/renovated
• Will also handle phones, greet visitors, show units, and work to fit prospects to a new apartment
• Will also handle some administrative work.
• HIGH ENERGY LEVEL is a must!
• Previous experience in sales, marketing program implementation,
• Be very presentable & approachable
• Have excellent phone skills
• Possess solid basic computer skills - able to listen & learn
• Ability to get in & out of car when doing outside marketing
• Also walking around property - showing units
• Must be willing to take initiative!
