Paralegal/Legal Assistant

We’re searching for a paralegal/legal assistant with 5+ years experience, preferably with medical malpractice & litigation. The Ideal candidate has worked for a defense firm and can do major dictation and discovery experience. This is a very hands on position and the candidate must be very detail oriented and very organized. Must be able to independently work with limited or no supervision at times. The ideal candidate would be able to work with strong personalities. This position requires strong communication skills and an ability to handle a high call volume.

Position Type: Full-Time Evaluation Hire
Schedule: M-F 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Skills/Requirements:

• 5+ years experience, preferably with medical malpractice & litigation
• Must be proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Office)
• Strong communication
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually
• Must be dependable
