Crew Supervisor / Tent Installer - Full-time

Job Description:
We are hiring for a Crew Supervisor with experience setting up tents and events. We have a 15+ person crew that needs to be managed and organized. Duties include making schedules, forecasting equipment needs, forecasting labor needs, overseeing truck maintenance and repair, assisting crew with jobs and loading and unloading trucks. Assigning tasks to crews and making sure items are clean and in excellent condition. Notifying management of unacceptable equipment and ordering needs. Supervisor will drive truck to event site and supervise and assist crew with setup. You will be responsible for managing 15 crew members. Quality control on all items to make sure everything is done to the highest standards and done correctly.
This is a physically demanding job.
Details:
Assemble various tents per manufacturers instructions, check weather conditions prior to & during installation. Communicate with office regarding any special notes and needs for orders. Load tools & operation equipment. Lay out drop cloth in area of tent to protect top. Install anchors uniformly. Secure tent with final tie off. Inspect tent for proper assembly. Set up tables, chairs, dance floors and stages. Make schedules and manage crew to follow schedules in a timely manner.
Remove tent per manufacturer, company, safety policy & procedures. Pick up all items from order and make sure everything on return list has been accounted for. Load truck properly at rental site. Make sure truck is unloaded properly and that everything is returned to inventory.
Other:
Clean Drivers license, NO CDL required.
Weekday and weekend work is required.
