Associate Site Service Specialist

This national company works with pharmaceutical, medical device biotech companies to assist in recruitment, enrollment and retention of patients for clinical trials.

Assist in the development of site specific plans
Coordinate and manage logistics
Work within specific timelines and budgets for sites and tactics
Build relationships with site staff
Train site staff and oversee the execution of site-based patient recruitment tactics
Assist in the implementation of site-based tactics
Provide overall support to ensure program success
Identify opportunities to provide additional ThreeWire services
They will be the coordinator for 40-50 sites.

This person will work in the office at the corporate location in Eden Prairie. They are a fairly small company and will be interacting with several different facets of their business, ie, sales marketing, clinical etc. It is fast paced and busy environment. Also very customer oriented.

Qualifications: 1. 1-3 years of experience in clinical research, can be from the sponsor, CRO or site side.
2. Any site experience is a bonus.
3. Need someone with a business mentality and sales mindset.
