The Role

Our Customer Service Agent is responsible for telephone questions and customer support, interacting with our social users on Facebook and Twitter, and of course managing a plethora of e-mail questions. You will kill our customers with kindness and knock their socks off every day with stellar service. Southtree is a fast-paced, dynamic work environment that is constantly evolving and changing, and we are looking to add a team member that is ready for the challenge.

Compensation

Part Time, starting at $12/Hour

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Deliver above-and-beyond customer service through phone, email, live chat and social media
  • Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
  • Strategize ways to improve our service, streamline our process, and better serve our customers
  • Master our internal management system in order to efficiently and effectively manage customer relationships
  • Maintain a broad knowledge of both Southtree and Legacybox products
  • Channel recurring customer inquiries to all areas of the business such as technology, marketing, design and product

Background and Experience

  • Experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent computer and technical skills
