Our Contact Center in North Charleston is currently seeking Call Center Specialists, Reservations to handle all facets of establishing hotel reservations at any of the IHG hotels globally. This role will answer incoming calls and assist our guests with all facets of their hotel reservation. This exciting customer service and sales position is based in a call center environment.
Our call center is conveniently located in Festival Centre at 5101 Ashley Phosphate Road, Suite 160 in North Charleston.

Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service, call center, sales, and/or hotels. We are looking for great communicators who have the ability to quickly develop rapport with our guests. We are looking for candidates with strong interpersonal and customer service skills, excellent verbal communication skills, and the ability to quickly navigate web pages.
