Preventative Maintenance Job Description: The Shift leader will be a hands on team lead aka line lead that will be responsible for prioritizing workflow with a team of 7 - 9 operators. Also, the shift leader will be operating machines that make tissue paper, doing change overs, mechanical, maintenance, and set ups. Will be responsible for setting up the machines based on work orders. Work Environment: Non climate controlled environment. Qualifications: Must have at least 3 years of machine operating and 2 years of lead or supervisor experience.
Best candidate will have experience from a bottling company, tissue company, paper company, or plastics company. Machines are palletizers and extrusion machines. Performance Expectations: Will be evaluated based on meeting deadlines. Interview Information: Will interview with the plant manager and operations manager. Additional Compensation: Will be reevaluated after going perm. Additional Information: This facility runs 24/7 which means this is a rotating shift. Hours are below.
6am - 2pm
2pm - 10pm
10pm - 6am
They rotate weekly. It is 5 days and 2 off, 5 days on and 2 off, 5 days on and 1 off.
