Tennessee-based leader in Medication Therapy Management services, is currently seeking Call Center Pharmacy Technicians with the ability to work from home in Tennessee.
Role Description
- Make outbound calls to patients and healthcare professionals
- Discuss patient medications, adherence, and barrier removal
- Engage in in-depth discussion with patients about medication adherence
- Identify and resolve patient adherence barriers
- May involve analysis, research, and problem-solving to obtain resolution.
Basic Qualifications:
- Certified Pharmacy Technicians, LPNs, Medical Assistants, and CNA will be considered
- 2 - 5 years pharmacy or medication coaching experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and pharmacy or related patient interaction experience
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Access to high speed internet
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be located in TN
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Call Center and Customer Service experience is preferred
- Bi-lingual is a plus: Spanish, preferred. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency the second language
