Great customer service opening at the #1 Health Plan in the Country! Looking for energetic, personable candidates who want to grow with a great company!

Job Duties:

-Answer inbound calls from Medicare Preferred members (ages 65+) or family members calling on behalf of members

-Call volume can be anywhere from 30-50 calls in a day

-Ability to utilize multiple computer systems at once in order to document and look up information for members

-Documentation must occur within 3 1/2 minutes after completion of conversation

Need to have availability between 8:00AM and 8:00PM. The qualified candidate will be working an 8 hour shift between these hours.

Training is a 3-4 week long classroom setting as well as shadowing of current customer service representatives!
