Consumer Loan Processor - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek Professional Services is seeking a Consumer Loan Processor for one of their leading financial services companies in the Denver Metro Area.

Consumer Loan Processor Responsibilities Include:

• Review all assigned consumer loan applications received (auto, boat, lines of credit, personal, etc.)
• Review all documents from the member and third parties that are required to meet Credit Union partner product/guidelines
• Respond to member inquiries and questions related to the transaction and keep them informed of the status of their loan th
• Work with outside vendors to order documents
• Submit complete and accurate loan file to Underwriting for a final decision on the loan

Consumer Loan Processor Qualifications Include:

• Looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience processing consumer loans
• Strong knowledge of State and Federal laws pertaining to the mortgage banking industry ( ie: ECOA, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary
• Strong analytical skills required with a high degree of accuracy
