Job Description
To provide superior service for the commercial lines side of the insurance industry and serve as the point of contact for our insureds.
Responsibilities
- Manage all account transactions including but not limited to endorsements, binders, cancellations.
- Review policies for accuracy and completeness and updating agency management system.
- Ability to work closely with Producers
- Review and prepare Applications, Policies & Endorsements
- Request loss runs, issue certificates of insurance
- Timely follow up on company/clients suspense/diaries
