  • Be versed in the art of leading people (previous supervisory or management experience is preferred)
  • Have pride in who you are and what you do
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Meet the minimum criteria in a background check
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from your Team Lead gig
  • Be able to perform all duties and responsibilities of a Cook, Line Server, and Cashier
  • Be willing to work a variety of shifts
