Aerotek is looking for Production Supervisor's to work for one of our clients at a large Union Manufacturing facility.
Candidates need to be experienced in coaching Safety, Quality and Productivity to ensure objectives are met through following standardized work.
Focus on lean manufacturing, drive for results and improving processes.
Rotating shifts every 4 months. Must be flexible to working overtime, any shift (day, mid and overnight) any day of the week.
