Assembly Section Supervisor - Full-time / Part-time

Candidates will be spending about 90% of their day on the floor. They will need to make sure the lines are running at rate. They will have to adjust staff from absenteeism. Will need to make improvements for a smoother running operation. Will be ensuring 5S is maintained on the floor, implement corrective actions to eliminate deficiencies in product quality, training or personnel. Participating in continuous improvement process. Making improvement plans to adjust scrap and improve labor efficiency and quality. Make sure you are adhering to production budget while still pumping out quality. Relying information from meetings to team members. Make sure they are complying with safety policies, practices and procedures. Also working with other departments such as molding and paint. Making sure team members are getting adequate training. Could also be interviewing, hiring and doing performance of production operators.
They will be overseeing 50-60 people and 6-8 assembly lines.
